The Phase Five specialized program is designed for individuals that want a more personalized approach.
P5 Personal Training is designed for two types of people:
1) Clients that need one-on-one instruction and programming in order to reach their specific goals. This includes CrossFitters, endurance athletes, and team sport participants.
2) Clients who seek special attention in order to achieve weight loss goals and/or improved conditioning.
Some individuals may need some one-on-one sessions before entering our group training programs. The personal training option allows deconditioned clients to seamlessly transition into our group classes. Over the course of several weeks we’ll work with you one-on-one and slowly ramp up the intensity.

Following the evaluation, we will analyze your results, assess your abilities, limitations, and goals and provide you with a fitness program that best suits your needs.
