What is Phase Five?
Phase 5 Fitness is a functional fitness gym that provides its clients with the tools needed to reach their personal fitness goals. We do this primarily through our instructor led small-group personal training sessions.
Our classes are flexible and do not use a one size fits all approach to group fitness.
Over the past decade…Phase Five’s classes have provided structure, standards and quality instruction to a vast array of clients. This winning formula has helped us become one of the most sought after strength and conditioning facility in the country.

What makes Phase Five different from other CrossFit gyms?
Two words…safety and education. Over the course of 10 years our program has experienced no serious training related injuries, including rhabdomyolysis, compartment syndrome, hospitalization, permanent disability, emergency services response or death. Unfortunately, this has become an increasing rare phenomenon within our community as more and more “cattle call” gyms enter the market. With this said…we recognize that structure and education is critical component in preventing injury. Our programming is periodized (planned) and uses teaching progressions in order to keep you safe. In layman’s terms we teach you simple movements first and complex movements later.
